Good Product, Poor Service

Great product, does what you want it to do and well put together. Low rating because shipping took MONTHS. Reached out after a few months after the order because we live in Hawaii and deliveries are always long, and was told it would be delivered in January. Didn't get delivered until March. Please improve communication with your buyers if there's a delay especially one that's nearly half a year to receive.
